Her commitment to bridging this gap led her to specialize in genetics at Rockefeller University in New York. Jill established GeneScreen Counseling in 2013 to empower patients and healthcare providers with accurate genetic knowledge.

In 2020, GeneScreen joined forces with Command Health to form SynerGenomics, with Jill serving as President. SynerGenomics is at the forefront of genetic healthcare, offering advanced data analytics, user-friendly engagement tools, and independent genetic counseling services. Our solutions help physicians confidently integrate genomic medicine into their practice, bridging the ever-growing need for experienced genetic counselors.
